Farouk Systems charges a $10 minimum handling fee for returned products under warranty. If you have any problems within 1 year of your purchase date, send your CHI back to Striking Image Salon and we will replace it for a new one FREE of charge, no questions asked!

If for any reason you have problems with the Chi after the 1-year warranty has ended. You may return the Product to Farouk Systems who will repair or replace it for a $35 fee.
